The key to your room also opens the front door of the hotel. 
Don’t forget to take it with you whenever you leave the room. 
When you check out with us, please do not forget to hand in your key ! 
If by accident you take your key with you, we would be grateful if you could send it back to us at the hotel within 8 days. 
If the key is not returned, you will be charged 20€ on the card we have on record. 

The Room

We would be happy to set an alarm for you. 
For this, please let us know the relevant dates and times in advance and we will be sure to organise this for you.

We can add a baby cot in your room free of charge.

 We can add a fold away bed in the Superior and Luxury rooms for an additional cost of 15€ per night.

A safe for your belongings is available at the reception. 

Pets

We welcome pets in our establishment at the cost of 10€ per night. 
Please note, that you are entirely responsible for your pet(s) as well as cleaning up after them within the hotel and in the garden. 
We do ask that you take your dog out of the property for their needs.
We provide disposable plastic bags at the reception. 
We kindly ask you to keep your pets on leashes if they are not trained.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the dining room. 
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

Forgotten Belongings

We are happy to send any forgotten items to you, however, there will be a minimum charge of 15€ postage fees.

Shuttles to Sélestat train station
We are happy to organise a shuttle between the hotel and the train station of Sélestat. The shuttle is priced at 15€ per journey.

With 27km of cyclable paths in Sélestat and more than 60km of routes across our territory, getting around by bicycle becomes child’s play!
